It is recommended that adolescents do exercise which included all types of sports since it is a good way to keep their mind occupied in different activities. I believe the first way we can solve this issue is by starting in the high schools themselves, as students are able to receive an adequate among of exercise.

But the many aims for PE — such as health promotion, skills development as well as a focus on social and moral issues — has resulted in confusion about the subject and has done little to further the educational experiences in practice.

Envision a student who does very well in school and would like to take advanced placement or running start classes in order to better prepare themselves for college.
